11 Skin and Hair Care Tips this Summer: Summer is a time which takes off the natural glow with scorching heat, pollution and humidity. While going outdoors, the hot sun damages your skin and hair. To avoid this, here are 11 tips to take care of your skin and hair this summer.

1. Exfoliate your body:

Basic skin care is to exfoliate your skin. Take a body scrubber and rub it in circular movements on the face and neck and rinse clean. Natural scrubber can be made using two table spoons of gram flour (Besan), one table spoon milk, one table spoon rose water and a pinch of turmeric. Mix it well and use it as scrubber.

Before stepping out in the sun apply sunscreen that has UVA and UVB products and comes in SPF 30 and SPF 70.  Also use hat and sunglasses.

Aloe Vera is very good for skin care.  It contains antioxidants that protect skin from damage. Use fresh aloe vera gel from leaf and apply it on skin or use aloe vera products available in the market.
