How to Apply?

Applications for admission are invited through the admission notification in different leading national newspapers and reputed Publishers of the different states of India. Candidates may apply to the Institute authority on application form Attached in the Prospectus with duly attested Xerox Copy of relevant certificates along with Six passport size colored Photographs for Entrance Examination & personal interview.

Depending upon the candidate’s performance in the written test and personal interview, shortlisted candidates are granted admission in their respective program strictly as per the merit list declared by the Examination Committee. Admission letter duly signed by the Principal/ HOD- Admissions will be sent to the respective address of the candidates in merit list. Students are then required to secure their admission within the prescribed date and time at the institute campus by submitting the applicable program fee through cash or demand draft. Admission is granted as per norms of Board/ University.

Illustrative List of Papers / Documents Required for Education Loan

  • Admission letter of DPMI giving details of year wise fee, boarding and lodging expenses. Letter confirming scholarship, if any.
  • Attested copies of documents for proof of age/date of birth and proof of residential address.
  • Passport size photo of the applicant, co-obligants and guarantors.
  • Copy of marksheets/degree certificates of previous academic qualifications.
  • Income proof/latest income tax return of parents/co-obligants, guarantors. (if any)
  • Details of collateral security alongwith valuation certificate of Govt approved valuer (if any).
  • Details/statements of Bank accounts held with any Nationalised Bank by the student applicant/co-obligant(s)/guarantors (if any) for the last six months.

Minimum qualification for securing admission to Certificate & Diploma Courses is 10, 10+ 2(Science) & 10+2 Passed in any stream from recognized board.

A minimum of 75% attendance is required to appear in the examinations. Attendance of a student is calculated from the date of commencement of program or date of class start.

Partial payments are accepted. You are required to pay first Instalment as per the deadline specified in the selection letter.

Fee of the course must be paid by the student as per the schedule circulated to the student at the time of Admission. Fee once deposited is neither refundable nor adjustable in any circumstance.

  • Tution fee does not include books and uniform charges.

We incorporate both practical as well as theory learning sessions from the very first day of class. Major part of the learning process comprises of practical training sessions to make students industry ready.

A Student should check if he/she meets the eligibility criteria for the respective program applied for, he/she wishes to pursue and submit Xerox copies (photocopies) of all his testimonials for verification.

Yes, DPMI provides internship and placement to deserving students as per their academic performance and other relevant criteria.

  • Each student must have (75% attendance) regular in their classes as per teacher’s class records (Theory & practical separately).
  • The students have to pass the Screening Test conducted by Training & Placement Department.
  • There should not be any case of indiscipline registered against the student during his/her course of study in the Institute.
  • Any other rule applicable to T&P Department also needs to be complied to.
