About DPMI
DPMI Vocational Institute, popularly known as DPMI works under the aegis of PMTS of India & is registered in Delhi under the SR Act 1860, Section 21. The Institute has successfully completed 26 years in the field of imparting skill based technical education. The core intent of DPMI is to promote Paramedical Health Education, Hotel Management, Catering Technology, Tourism and Veterinary Sciences etc. sectors in our country. It aims at providing quality education with advanced programs rewarding the students to think in a creative manner and eventually creates a pool of well-trained professionals.
Conveniently located in the outskirts of Delhi, the Institute is fully equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure, As the programs are diverse, the entire infrastructure is created to cater to the different needs of studying. To name a few facilities, there are modern Laboratory for the Department of Haematology & Clinical Pathology, Biochemistry, Histopathology, Microbiology for the paramedical students. Sample Bedroom, Kitchen, Front Office for Hotel Management students, Himalayan News (Web channel), News Room and News Shooting Studio for Journalism & Mass communication students.

SKILL INDIA
Skill India is a campaign launched by the Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji on 15 July 2015 which aims to train over 40 crore (400 million) people in India in different skills by 2022. It includes various initiatives of the government like National Skill Development Mission, National Policy for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, 2015.

NATIONAL SKILL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (NSDC)
National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) is an organization set up by the Government of India to facilitate the development and upgrading the skills of the growing Indian workforce through skill training programs. NSDC, a body under the Ministry of Finance, is one of its kind public-private partnership endeavors, with 51 percent equity held by private sector and 49 percent by the Union Government.
