As we all know that how fast a day passes and how busy we all are in various levels. It is the generation where you are not coming across your family members for couple of days even though staying at the same place, it is the time where we are having money but forget to pay variety of bills. It is the time where we forget important dates …… and many more.
So are you not worried about it??
Come on let’s start a new beginning together for our brain……
Here is a list of things for you to do from your valuable time without making you late for anything.
- As we all know that the brain is a hunger potent organ were it needs glucose every now and then so kindly go for memory super foods like antioxidants , colourful fruits , green leafy vegetables , include seeds like pumpkin seed , sunflower seed in your salads , brain shaper walnuts , almonds.
- We often forget list of items when we go grocers, so try to play some interesting tricks to remember the items like GOOGLE it’s for garammasala, orange, oval shape cake pan , green leafy vegetables , lettuce , eggs.
- Want to sit for some major job exams, try to memorise the things in acrostics eg. My Very Educated Mother Just Showed Us Nine Planets. Where you have learned the list of planets in series in an easy way.
- Quit Multitasking– Can’t find your keys? It’s probably because you weren’t paying attention when you put them down. When you’re juggling too many things, you’re bound to forget. As it turns out, the brain doesn’t actually multitask. Instead, it switches focus from one thing to the other, which is why it is difficult to read a book and hold a conversation at the same time. Multitasking will slow you down, so make it a point to concentrate on the task at hand. It’s crucial. Studies suggest saying it out loud: “I left my keys on the dresser”, etc. so the brain can process it. Your brain actually needs about eight seconds to commit a piece of information to your memory, so if you’re talking on the phone and carrying groceries when you put down your car keys, you’re unlikely to remember where you left them.
